Fear Management / Extreme Self Defense

Fear & Managing Stress

“FEAR never goes away, but the trained ones know how to use it to their advantage.

The /Fear Management programs are scenario-courses developed to introduce people to real adrenal stress. Preventing fear from becoming panic, and learning to harness and direct fear into appropriate actions are the objectives of this course. Some of these scenarios include: single and multiple attackers, armed and unarmed opponents, verbal threats, indoor and/or outdoor confrontations and close quarter encounters. The Fear Management program will induce varying levels of emotional stress. This is due to the “fight or flight” response to the Adrenalin discharge within the body. Introducing the student to this <span”>”adrenal dump” allows them to manage their fear and channel it into valid action. Shakes, heavy breathing, light-headedness, and confusion can be experienced through these realistic scenarios. It is important that the student actually experiences this fear in a controlled environment in order to prepare them for a real situation in an uncontrolled environment. For years, coaches have implemented skills, drills, and scrimmages for their players. Skills better the drills, drills better the scrimmages, and scrimmages prepare for the game.
Through drilling under adrenal stress (FEAR) situations, the development of confidence to know that you can really fight back begins to emerge. To truly develop the real confidence you must train in situations that you are likely to face on the street. With real intensity, real aggression and against an attacker that doesn’t fall down or let go when they are supposed to, only when they are made to. Any other drilling or training that does not present reality-based scenarios will only serve to develop false confidence. False confidence can get you severely injured or killed on the street.

Break free from the hold depression has on you.

Often, suffering from depression drives you to self-medicate with drugs or alcohol. When symptoms worsen, this cycle can spiral into addiction.

  (No previous experience required)

At some point in each of our lives we have been hurt, mistreated, or disappointed. Unfortunately too many of us linger too long in self-pity and anger. Learning to acknowledge and grieve our wound is the beginning of a process that ends in forgiveness. We will begin with grief but this  event  will focus on the qualities of gratitude and compassion that lead to forgiveness. Compassion understands the universality of suffering with the desire to make it better, while gratitude reminds us of the beauty in each life that pain cannot fully obscure.

Love is therapy, and there is no other therapy in the world except love. It is always love that heals, because love makes you whole. Love makes you feel welcome in the world. Love makes you a part of existence; it destroys alienation. Then you are no more an outsider here, but utterly needed. Love makes you feel needed, and to be needed is the greatest need. Nothing else can fulfill that great need.

Yes, I would like you to love yourself, because unless you love yourself you cannot love anybody else. You don’t know what love is if you have not loved yourself. But before you can love yourself you have to know yourself; hence love is secondary, meditation is primary.

Relax into the delicious space of the heart. Allow yourself to open up and receive the Love that is always there.

Guided Meditation

Using hypnosis, you first reconnect with your body/mind, making friends with it, and then start a healing process by communicating with your unconscious.

is a focused way of meditating, to get in a higher state of consciousness in order to achieve a specific goal or purpose. It is very hard for people to shut of their active minds when meditating.

Guided Mediation helps us to breathe, relax and focus our thoughts and intentions on a specific goal or purpose. Through the use of our imagination and visualization we can draw light and energy into our bodies. We can awaken latent areas of our minds and beings. We can experience ourselves opening up to a higher purpose and feel reality shifting within our being.

Join us for a beautiful evening of meditation and healing. Zaki’s hypnotic voice, together with soft, celestial music will take us on a journey into deep relaxation, into a place where time stops and healing begins. A place where Love awaits.

Wear loose clothes. You do not need yoga mats, as meditation cushions, are provided by us.
