This is a transformational practice that facilitates to let go of our fears, pain and allows joy to flow within us.
We will be using special breath work, laughter, movement, releasing, awareness exercises & healing techniques
In the safe and conducive environment, it becomes very easy for us to relive our sad memories, grief and getting healed
