Atisha’s heart meditation was brought into this world by Atisha, a great Tibetan Master, who had the privilege of learning from three enlightened Masters.

He discovered the magical power of the heart which can take any misery and transform into bliss

This is a transformational practice that facilitates to let go of our fears, pain and allows joy to flow within us.

We will be using special breath work, laughter, movement, releasing, awareness exercises & healing techniques

In the safe and conducive environment, it becomes very easy for us to relive our sad memories, grief and getting healed

We can use this Atisha heart meditation in our everyday life to come out of difficult and painful memories and receive more love, happiness, joy, peace & enthusiasm.

Atisha’s Heart Meditation is as easy as a technique can be. Instead of fighting against pain, ignoring it, avoiding it, and rejecting it, this way asks that we embrace it, call all of our soul’s neglected aspects home into our hearts, and allow the heart to do its job.
