The more I think about it and observe how people interact with each other and function on a daily basis, the more I am convinced that one of the biggest roots behind our issues is around disempowerment and lack of self-acceptance.
As you may know, I really believe one of the reason we are not fulfilling our potential is because we often disempower ourselves without necessarily noticing it. By fear or because we don’t believe we are capable of achieving our dreams, we unconsciously relinquish our power and end up frustrated and dissatisfied, whether it’s in our relationships, in our work life or as a matter of fact, any other area of our lives.

Once integrated, we are less often plagued with the desire to please others because simply being true to ourselves brings lasting peace. We are grateful for life and we deeply appreciate and love ourselves.
