We will strengthen our first chakra,
meditation and reflection to understand, and ritual to set intention and action into course, is suitable for all levels. The root chakra, the body’s intake point for universal energy, is the first chakra in the body’s energy system. This chakra sends energy down through the legs and feet and, it acts as a root to pull Sheng Chi (positive energy) up from the earth.
The root chakra’s purpose is to ensure that the body, mind and spirit flourish. The primitive functions of life: eating, sleeping, having shelter and security are the functions performed by the root chakra. When this chakra is malfunctioning, basic needs go unmet. An imbalance in the root chakra leaves us stuck, surviving, and nothing more.

This all-day event includes a chakra workshop where you will explore the Root Chakra through crystal healing therapy, aromatherapy, color therapy, shamanic, and an in-depth exploration of Root Chakra themes such as, financial security, grounding, balance and releasing fear.
You will also experience meditative yoga and breath work, a grounding Sound Healing session with singing bowls.

No previous meditation experience required.

Will introduce you to the experience of the seven sacred energy centers, or chakras, that spin at the core of your being, generating your life patterns and physical health. Combining tribal dance, bioenergetic, exercises, with guided meditations, partner work, breath, sound, and dynamic discussions of chakra principles, you’ll gain valuable tools for self-diagnosis and healing of common energetic blocks as well as a developmental framework for how those blocks came to be. Past participants have called this workshop “empowering,” “enlightening,” and “transformational.”

Root chakra imbalance

Chakra’s Dream: Secret of the First Chakra

Do you keep repeating the same money issues? If you have been suffering about money, until that distress at the cellular level is cleared, you will continue to face the same money issues.

How can you sustain your dreams when your roots are cut off? When trees roots are severed, its growth gets stunned. The same thing happens with your first chakra or your root chakra. This chakra is the grounding, safety, support and foundation for your body and your finances. Your root chakra can only sustain a minimum if it is shriveled or in absolute survival mode. Is your root chakra bound up, constricted, tight, disconnected or cut off?

If your root was wounded or damaged when you were a child, that will continue on when you are an adult until you go in and make the necessary changes. The good news is that you don’t have to be conscious of these unconscious wounds. The high frequency of gratitude works on everything, the good, the bad and the totally unacceptable. The good will be increased while the bad and totally unacceptable will transform.

Your Root Chakra – Survival, Trust, Safety, and Family

We are more powerful than we ever realized and the wisdom that we have stored is limitless. I’d like to help you uncover the wisdom that is locked away in your body, mind, and energy system so that you can shine your light and brilliance in all areas of your life!

You have 7 main energy centers that run through your body. They begin in your sacrum and run up your spine ending just outside the top of your head. Each chakra represents life issues, corresponds to specific areas of your body and each of those body parts have information about you and your life, in particular what you believe and perceive.

Your seven energy centers are:

Root Chakra – Instinctual Need for SurvivalSacral Chakra – Pleasure SeekerSolar Chakra – Power DriverHeart Chakra – Searching for LoveThroat Chakra – Expressing Your TruthBrow Chakra – Transcending Beyond EgoCrown Chakra – Spiritual Awakening

In this series of blog posts, we will explore these energy centers and see what nuggets of gold are stored there waiting for your discovery. The most beautiful thing about life is that we have choice, and if we do not like how our life is shaping up, we can examine our thoughts and beliefs to see where we can shift and make different choices.

Understanding the information that your chakras have for you allows you to make choices to keep things as they are and do nothing different, or clear, balance and heal your chakras and the issues associated with them and then make empowered choices to support the pursuit of your goals.

The Root Chakra is found at the base of your spine. This is your foundation. The basic issues associated with the root chakra are instinct, safety, survival, grounding, family, security, boundaries, and new beginnings. The body parts associated with the root chakra are coccyx, anus, large intestine, adrenal glands, back, leg, feet and bones.

You will find family wounds and tribal beliefs are stored in the body in this area. Health of this chakra is associated with your upbringing and early life. Inheritance of tribal programming of 1st and 2nd generation immigrants to the US is prevalent here.

You can change your life by looking at the wisdom in your first chakra and seeing where you may be blocked or held back by beliefs tied to family loyalty or expectations but that are not serving your highest good. Perhaps your body is showing you that fear is stopping you. Often time, I help my clients discover where they are not feeling safe in their life.

Often we can clear issues associated with the above body areas or help facilitate the healing by tapping on those issues and clearing, balancing, and healing the root chakra.

If you are struggling in your relationships especially with issues of trust this is a first chakra issue. Some people just never feel safe at some level, in their jobs, or they feel there is never enough money, or no matter what they do they can never get ahead – these are all first chakra issues.

Fortunately this can be cleared, and you can shift your thinking, beliefs and actions so that you are experiencing the safety you deserve. It begins at the unconscious and energetic level and that is where we are working in the chakras.

Often, I find working with my clients that many people, women in particular never feel supported. They have this belief that in order for things to get done right, they have to do it themselves. This is a huge problem and I see it every day and how it insinuates itself into every aspect of your life.

This too can be cleared and changed as so many other challenges and issues that are related to the root chakra can be.

Since your energy flows up, if your energy is blocked in this chakra it is limiting the flow of energy in your body potentially impacting your health, success in relationships or with money or in your career.

Here are some questions to ask yourself, answer them honestly to see if you are blocked in your first chakra.

1. In what areas do you not feel safe?
2. In what areas do you feel there is not enough?
3. In what areas do you feel like you have no control or choice?
4. Where are you missing healthy boundaries?
5. Do you trust that life supports you?
6. Do you trust yourself to make supportive, healthy decisions?
7. Are you able to easily make decisions?

When all the energy in the root chakra is directed to survival, nothing is left over for your expansion and abundance. By spinning gratitude around the root chakra, it can increase and move from survival to abundance and a new life. As the root gets more energy, it creates more connections and more pathways that expand out further, creating a larger base for your life. All the areas that have previously been disconnected or disassociated can now be reconnected and start to flow and pulsate with new energy and aliveness. As the scars and wounds get transformed with spinning gratitude there is more space for the energies of abundance and delight to flow. The larger the base at your root chakra, the more magnificent your life can become. As we bring in spinning gratitude around your money issues, deep transformation occurs allowing more money to flow into your life.
A new way of being in abundance in cooperation with others and the earth unfolds in your life.

As you may recall, your chakras are energy vortexes throughout your body, which also appear to those who can see them as spinning wheels, like funnels, beginning from the base of your spine, and ending at the crown of your head. We begin at the First Chakra, or Root Chakra as it is the most physical; as we go through the chakras from bottom to top we go from more physical to more spiritual. The Root Chakra is the most physical of our chakras, and it vibrates at the lowest frequency.

It is like the negative pole in an electrical circuit, which provides the potential for the manifestation of form.: Base of spine, between Symbol for Muladhara has four petals which match the tendencies for greatest joy, natural pleasure, delight in controlling passion, and blissfulness in concentration.

The workshop focuses on the root/base chakra. The root/base chakra represents the point where we connect to nature and our environment. We will begin by balancing the root/base.

The first chakra is your survival or root chakra. This chakra is located at the base or your spine, it controls the fight flight response. By learning how to open, close and manage your first chakra, you can keep the survival, panic and fear to a minimum. These tools also teach you how to connect with Mother Earth, and to give over all your stress and strife. What a relief to have a tool that will allow you to simply let go of these intense negative emotions! To calm yourself and walk in your power, this chakra must be managed. You will learn simple meditations on how to release the negative energy that others run through you. This information is powerful and can dramatically increase your inner peace and balance.

Chakra: MuladharaRoot Chakra WorkshopRoot Chakra Workshop Welcome to the first of seven workshops dedicated to healing and revitalizing the chakras through meditation, and shamanic healing principles. In this first workshop we will explore and heal the root chakra. Muladhara Chakra, located at the base of the spine, is the energy portal to the feet, legs, pelvis and lower digestive organs. In this chakra we house the karma of our ancestry, such as family traits, genetic predispositions and perspectives on the world. When we clear the damaging imprints of the past we can avoid genetic disease, experience a profound sense of inner safety and groundedness, and create a loving, supportive connection to our family of origin, laying the groundwork for generations to come. In this workshop you will learn: The lower body, ground your energy and release digestive blockages Meditation for conscious movement. Pranayama to ground and release Shamanic healing principles to recognize and release patterns related to security, family, and culture Please bring to this workshop: This workshop is open to all levels. The Root Chakra, located at the base of your spine, connects you to the earth, your birthplace and your culture.

It calls out for the nurturing of unconditional love and for the attainment of our basic survival needs. Our recycling bin of energetic emotional waste is stored here. Fears related to having your physical needs met make your root chakra shrink. Obsessions and possessions choke your roots.Learn how to clean out your bin of emotional waste, gain stability in your life and manifest your material wealth.

In this first installment, we’ll be focusing on working with the Root Chakra – key to feeling strong, grounded and vitally alive. In this workshop we will:

Optimize the overall energetics of the Root Chakra (including it’s energetic expression in the sub-Root Chakra)- Clear the imprints and conditioning in the Chakra itself, and in the system as a whole, that most impact it’s health and functioning- Harmonies the energetic relationship between the chakra and the rest of the energy system.- Integrate and Catch up all of this work through the whole body, the various pathway systems, the energetic bodies and elsewhere. Located at the base of the spine, the pelvic floor, and the first three vertebrae, the root chakra is responsible for your sense of safety and security on this earthly journey. The word Muladhara breaks down into two Sanskrit words: Mula meaning “root” and Adhara, which means “support” or “base.” This is the first of the chakras of matter. Balancing the root chakra creates the solid foundation for opening the chakras above. Imagine that you’re laying the foundation for a house in which you’re going to live for a long time. A solid foundation embedded in firm soil will provide the stability you need to create a home filled with joy for years to come. The root chakra is comprised of whatever grounds you to stability in your life. This includes your basic needs such as food, water, shelter, and safety, as well as your more emotional needs such as letting go of fear. When these needs are met, you feel grounded and safe, and you tend to worry less day to day.

The first or Root Chakra, is considered by many to be the most important Chakra because it is the Chakra that connects us to our physical world. Located at the base of our spine, it is the root chakra that governs over our physical energies, giving us a sense of safety and security with other people and ourselves. It is important to balance this chakra first before balancing the others, from an energetic standpoint, as it is widely believed that this is where we draw our life force energy from (see kundalini. If you are not properly grounded (or rooted into the ground) you simply can not balance the other chakras properly. If your root chakra is in balance or open properly, you will feel secure in your world and daily tasks will seem effortless. You will not have any doubts about your place in the world and things will work for you, whether it be with relationships, money or with a career. You will work with the world and not against it!Over-Active Root Chakra:If the root chakra is over-active you may experience anger, annoyance and even aggression towards people and events in your life. Greediness and controlling others and becoming belligerent to those who challenge your “authority” may be a problem. You might become dependent on the security from other people, your job, or specific habits and because of this you will have very rigid boundaries – making it very difficult for you to accept change. You may also become very materialistic or impulsive and think that your value or self-worth exists in having such things. Problems with an over-active sex drive may arise due to the over-activeness of the root chakra.Under-Active Root Chakra:If your root chakra is under-active you may feel disconnected from the world around you, including from your body. You will feel disorganized and consequently this will reflect in your world. You will lack focus and discipline and you may even become afraid, anxious or restless in your daily interactions. You will probably experience a lack of stamina, depression or desire to do or to want anything out of life. You will have trouble obtaining financial security and will find yourself with no, or very little boundaries. Physical symptoms of an Imbalance:

Imbalances in the Root ChakraIf there is an imbalance in the root chakra you may experience anxiety disorders, fears, or nightmares. Physical imbalances may manifest as problems in the colon, with the bladder, with elimination, or with lower back, leg, or feet issues. In men, prostate problems may occur. Eating disorders may also be a sign of a root chakra imbalance.

Zaki as a Shamanic energy healing Master she offer spirit-led healing using energy field healing (hands off technique), Shamanic (hands-on technique) and core shamanic. When connecting to the soul and consciousness of another we enter a very sacred and intimate space within which it is a privilege and an honor to share and heal. The human energy field surrounds each one of us in many layers that correspond to our physical body, emotions, mind, soul and connection to Source. As we go about our daily lives we can gather lots of debris in our field from all the events, feelings and beliefs we hold onto. Through traumas, environmental pollution and stresses the movement of energy around and through the energy centers (chakras) can become blocked, distorted, torn or otherwise damaged. We can experience all kinds of symptoms that may not appear to have a medical cause: mysterious aches and pains, feelings of restlessness, not belonging or feeling empty, lack of energy and enthusiasm, constantly living in the past, having groundless fears, obsessions and emotional outbursts, recurring negative life situations and so on. This spirit-led healing approach reaches right into the core of the person to transform and heal. It goes directly to the root of the problem without the person necessarily having to re-experience any original trauma.

We can contribute to our own Souls healing and well being by giving ourselves the opportunity to learn what is gifted to us. In understanding our Soul we understand ourselves and our life purpose.

Today we will have the opportunity to gather, share and learn about;

We will do Shamanic to reactivate the first chakra

Ways and means by which various cultures have used to heal the Soul.

Shamanic journeying and channeling the living energy to create healing techniques that are powerful and effective in alleviating anxiety, depression, stress, fatigue, and even illnesses.

This Shaman healing is a very old system of beliefs whose roots can be found in pagan traditions and practices that uses the products of the Earth to heal. You’ll find different kinds of shamanism but all practices healing techniques dance, breath, blown, Prana. With shamanic the spiritual energy is used to see where exactly in the body do we need to concentrate healing techniques. In shamanism, the healing process revolves around the seven chakras in the human body. Determining which of the seven chakra or life forces is blocked will determine which area to concentrate healing techniques. Once the area has been determine. Shamanic practitioners combine traditional concepts of chakra techniques, To increase efficiency, there are combinations of crystals that seem to work well doubling the healing process.

Our Soul is a wonderful part of us that we often do not understand . Many Ancient cultures around the world understood the Soul and its relationship to our happiness, health and well being. These cultures also developed ways and means by which the Soul could be maintained and healed should a traumatic situation arise that affected the Soul.

We can contribute to our own Souls healing and well being by giving ourselves the opportunity to learn what is gifted to us. In understanding our Soul we understand ourselves and our life purpose.

Shamanic journeying and channeling the living energy to create healing techniques that are powerful and effective in alleviating anxiety, depression, stress, fatigue, and even illnesses.

The energy of the individual Chakras can be balanced and cleansed using many methods, but nothing has been found to be more effective than our unique combination of vibrational healing technologies, which enables anyone to quickly and easily finely tune, balance and cleansing each chakra instantly!

In this workshop you will learn also Chakras, how you can balance the energy of the chakras and how to remove blockages in order to heal them.

What’s happening to your chakras? They are getting blocked with negative energies! How does the blockage begin? It usually starts with how aware you are of your life style. Are you living a balanced life? Are you stressed out of your mind? Are you over-scheduled? Do you take time to breathe? (We hope you are not breathing like a dying fish) What do you do you do for yourself? Are your worries overwhelming you? Get the picture???

Blocked Charkas – When a chakra becomes blocked, damaged, or muddied with residual energy, then our physical and emotional health is usually affected. Another way to know when your chakras are blocked, your mood announces your energy level. Are you in a bad mood often? Are the people closes to you now hiding from you or not returning your calls? Does this sound familiar?

What does a balanced chakra feel like? Calm, peaceful, less or no anxiety and balanced. Chances are good that you can handle stressful situations pretty well. If your energy is positive, the energy will flow evenly from the top of your head to your feet with ease.

Who can achieve balanced chakras? Everyone with practice, awareness and education.

How Do We Open Chakras? If our chakras are opened and moving, energy runs from the top or our heads to our sacral chakra and up again (in a circle). If one of the chakras becomes blocked, this energy cannot move through it and all other chakras become affected and deprived. In time, with lack of energy, the chakra becomes weaker and eventually illness and disease can set in. When we start to feel “off,” the first thing we must do is to check in with ourselves and feel our body. We must start to be conscious of how we feel, but mostly important don’t ignored how you feel.

What are Chakras? The word “chakra” has Hindu (Sanskrit) roots and means “wheel or disk”. All living creatures have chakras. These energy vortexes are the channels through which energy flows. Chakras are “entry gates” of the aura (our personal energy field that surrounds us.) Within the physical body resides a spiritual body that contains the chakras.

Where Do Your Chakras live? There are seven main chakras located along the central line of the body, from the base of the spine to the top of the head. There are twenty one-minor charkas throughout the body. Chakras are energy centers that receive, assimilate, and express life force energy. They are responsible for the person’s physical, mental, and spiritual functions.

How Do Chakras Affect Us? Chakras are constantly rotating and vibrating. The activities in the chakras influence our body shape, glandular processes, chronic physical ailments, thoughts, and behavior. When one or more of the chakras are blocked, the energy does not flow harmoniously, or if they are too open, it will result an energy imbalance.

Chakras and the Physical Body – Every chakra has corresponding organs in our physical system. When clients come in with specific health issues, almost immediately, I can tell which chakras are affected.

First chakra, also known as the “root” chakra, is located at the base of the spine and is associated with the color red. This chakra that is associated with being grounded and with having strong survival instincts. The large intestine, rectum, and some function of the kidneys are associated with the first chakra.

Clearing, balancing, and opening your first chakra can help you get your feet back under you when you’re feeling like you’re “losing your grip.” It can help you relax, feel calmer and more secure, and let go of nagging fears. It can help you gain the feeling that you truly belong in the universe, and that everything will turn out basically alright for you.

That’s a good feeling! When you feel deeply secure, you can turn your attention to more interesting things–relationships, art, creating, career, learning, spiritual development, rock-climbing, ferret-raising–the possibilities are endless!

Uses tuning forks and both metal and crystal singing bowls to assist with vibrational healing. These tools, combined with healing energy and intention, are wonderful resources for helping shift one’s energy into a more balanced state.

Come join like-minded people in this lively experiential gathering. Explore an expanded paradigm of well-being that is essential to our own and the planet’s health as we move together through increasingly complex times.
