This course is aimed at giving students basic tools for spiritual development. Students are given a strong foundation for embarking on a path of intuitive skills by learning a simple, effective form of meditation for grounding; visualizing and directing energy flow in the body, and establishing clear boundaries. From the very first class, students are able to apply these skills in their daily lives.

This is a practical method of meditation, using the body and its energy as a source of information for the developing spirit. Learning this form of meditation gives new meaning to the phrase, “Know thyself.”


One definition of mindfulness is to be aware of your thoughts, emotions, physical sensations, and actions – in the present moment – without judging yourself or your experience. This class helps you: change unhealthy coping strategies, learn techniques to calm the body/mind, practice non-judgment and radical acceptance, use visualization techniques to shift thoughts and consequent feelings, explore the purpose of emotions and develop greater mastery and develop new skills in mindful communication

Our instructors have extensive personal meditation, healing, practice and retreat experience, and years of teaching meditation to individuals and groups.

Zaki was born and raised in Italy, has been working with people as a therapist, spiritual counselor and friend since 1987. She experience meditator and teacher of meditation. She works individually with people, leads groups, training’s and seminars and has a broad range of expertise including teaching counseling skills. She has been practicing meditation and transformational therapy for the last 25 years here in the states and at the residence of the Osho Multiversity and Meditation Resort in Pune, India. This center is the largest personal growth center in the world and has thousands of visitors from over 100 countries each year. She is a certified Osho Breath Therapist, Reiki Master, and Osho Transformational Therapist, which includes certifications in a variety of healing modalities including counseling.
