SUMMARY:Autogenic Training for Relaxation & Meditation
DESCRIPTION: \n\n\n \nOSHO CHAKRA SOUNDS MEDITATION. \nThis meditation uses vocal sounds made during meditation along with music to open and harmonize the chakras while bringing awareness to them. The meditation can bring you into deep\, peaceful\, inner silence either through making your own vocal sounds or by just listening to and feeling the sounds within you.  \nWe can use the imagination in “becoming attuned to something that is already there”. So keep doing the meditation even if it feels like you may be imagining the chakras. With awareness your imagination can lead you to an experience of the inner vibrations of each center. After making sounds in the first chakra\, you will hear the tones change to a higher pitch – this is the indication to listen and feel sounds in the second chakra. If you wish\, you can continue making sounds also. This process is repeated all the way up to the seventh chakra. As you move from chakra to chakra\, let your sounds become higher in pitch. \nSitting meditation where the meditator is invited to open the throat chakra and tune into to the chakras vibration through sound. The meditator is able to then harmonize and bring awareness to the chakras or energy centers. It can bring you into a deep\, peaceful\, inner silence. You can make your own vocal sounds\, or just listen to the music and feel the sounds within you. \n\nbase chakra:    the sex center\, lower pelvis\nsacral chakra:  just below the navel\nsolar plexus chakra:  above the navel\, below the breastbone\nheart chakra:  the middle of the chest\nthroat chakra:  the throat and neck area\nthird eye chakra:  between the eyebrows\ncrown chakra:  top of the head\n\nIn this meditation vocal sounds open\, harmonize and bring awareness to the chakras or energy centers. It can bring you into a deep\, peaceful\, inner silence. You can make your own vocal sounds\, or just listen to the music and feel the sounds within you.\n\n \nThe meditation is to be done with its specific OSHO Chakra Sounds Meditation music\, which indicates and energetically supports the different stages. \n \nMeditation is a very soft way to activate and harmonize the energy centers of the body\, working with the vibrations of musical sound. \nThe music was recorded during a live performance of musicians and singers working very closely with the makers of the meditation. In this way\, the music not only uses the exact sounds which will activate each chakra\, but also musically illustrates the character of each individual center. \n \n  \nTHE INSTRUCTIONS \nFirst stage 45 minutes\nStand\, sit comfortably\, or lie down if you prefer. Keep your back straight and your body loose. Breathe into your belly rather than your chest. The sounds should be made with your mouth open and your jaw loose\, keeping your mouth open the whole time. \nClose your eyes and listen to the music; if you wish\, start making sounds in the first chakra. You can make a single tone or you can vary the tone. Let the music guide you; however\, you can be creative with your own sounds. While listening to the sound of the music or the sounds that you make\, feel the sounds pulsating in the very center of your chakra\, even if it seems to be imagination at first. Osho has suggested that we can use the imagination in “becoming attuned to something that is already there”. \nAs you move from chakra to chakra\, let your sounds become higher in pitch. After listening to and making sounds in the seventh chakra\, the tones will descend one at a time down through all the chakras. As you hear the tones go down\, listen and make sounds in each chakra. Feel the inside of your body becoming hollow like a bamboo flute\, allowing the sounds to resonate from the top of your head down to the very base of your trunk. At the end of the sequence\, you will hear a pause before the next sequence starts. This upward and downward movement of sound will be repeated three times for a total of approximately 45 minutes. \nAfter you have become familiar with the meditation\, you can add another dimension to it through visualization. Be open to allowing visual images to appear in your imagination as you focus on each chakra. There is no need to create images\, just be receptive to any which may come. The images could be colors\, patterns or scenes of nature. What comes to your awareness may be visual\, or it may be more natural for you to have a thought rather than a visual image. For example\, you may think “gold” or you may see color in your imagination. OSHO \nMINDFULNESS TOOLS \nOne definition of mindfulness is to be aware of your thoughts\, emotions\, physical sensations\, and actions – in the present moment – without judging yourself or your experience. This class helps you: change unhealthy coping strategies\, learn techniques to calm the body/mind\, practice non-judgment and radical acceptance\, use visualization techniques to shift thoughts and consequent feelings\, explore the purpose of emotions and develop greater mastery and develop new skills in mindful communication \nLearn meditation is the guidance of a trained meditation teacher who can offer you simple\, easily learned techniques you can do almost any where. \nOur instructors have extensive personal meditation\, healing\, practice and retreat experience\, and years of teaching meditation to individuals and groups. \nTraining customized to your individual needs \nOur Meditation private lessons are taught by experienced Zaki will give you the opportunity to learn both Meditation and healing theory and practice at your own personal pace with sessions being tailored to your aims and requirements. \nWhether you are using Meditation as a path to more Conscious Awareness & Enlightenment; to quiet a restless mind; as a means of injury or illness recovery; as a hobby or interest or just for the fun of trying something new\, our Meditation private sessions will provide the vehicle to fulfill your desire. \nStudies\, meditation has been shown to help pain\, sometimes significantly\, though not cure it. … The study discovered that by activating and reinforcing some areas of the brain used in pain processing\, meditation has the overall effect of helping to reduce pain intensity in patients. \nTraditional Meditation practices can be utilized for the following: \nIncrease Conscious Awareness on a path to Enlightenment \nDesire to feel more grounded in & connected to & through the physical body \nEmotional disharmony affecting thoughts\, moods & actions \nAgitated or restless mind \nPhysical injuries\, aches & pains \nPost surgery or medical intervention rehabilitation \nPre surgery or medical intervention strengthening \nIncreased Qi/Energy flow through areas that feel blocked\, stagnated or weaker than others \nDisharmony or lack of Balance in oneself \nReducing stress \nProviding or enhancing serenity\, calm and relaxation \nDecreasing the heart rate \nReducing blood pressure \nLiterally changing certain brain functions to other parts of the cortex\, and \nCalming anxiety while increasing overall well-being \nFor the sheer joy of experiencing more Qi/Energy flow through your Qi/Energy matrix and the associated awareness & experiences. \n \nZaki was born and raised in Italy\,Has been working with people as a therapist\, spiritual counselor and friend since 1987. This upward and downward movement of sound will be repeated three times for a total of approximately 45 minutes. \nAfter you have become familiar with the meditation\, you can add another dimension to it through visualization. If you wish\, you can continue making sounds also. This process is repeated all the way up to the seventh chakra. \nAs you move from chakra to chakra\, let your sounds become higher in pitch. After listening to and making sounds in the seventh chakra\, the tones will descend one at a time down through all the chakras. As you hear the tones go down\, listen and make sounds in each chakra. SUMMARY:Total Life-Changing Intensive: Meditation & Therapy
SUMMARY:Total Life-Changing Intensive: Meditation & Therapy
SUMMARY:Personal Healing Detox Retreat: A Safe Place to Heal
