Reiki Classes for Kids

 Usui Reiki is healing energy that flows through the body as it helps calm the mind and balance the body. Children are very receptive to this healing energy from a very young age. They can learn how to use Reiki energy to help calm themselves and ease anxiety during doctor and dentist visits when they are upset. If they have a cold, the flu, muscle aches and pains, or headaches they are better able to diminish the symptoms when they learn how to use the Reiki energy. It can help them to be self-reliant.

 Children as young as 6 years old can be attuned to Reiki level  1. There is nothing to memorize or any preparation necessary before the class. Once attuned to the Usui Reiki energy they can access it just by placing their hands on any part of their body as they think about the energy. Just thinking about it can activate the energy into motion. They can lay in bed at night and relax as the warmth coming from their hands radiates a soothing feeling that relaxes and calms them to sleep. Can be very helpful for sports injuries. Some people have reported faster healing time when using Reiki after a sport trauma.

It provides children of all ages an opportunity to learn about their true selves, their compassionate soul and their natural healing abilities. Reiki is empowering to all. It connects each person to the life force energy and unconditional love that surrounds us. Reiki children are more confident, peaceful and happier in life. I have been teaching Reiki to children  many years!

Children have a natural awareness of healing energy.  They are very close to the flow of life.  It is easy for them to learn Reiki.  In this class we honor their unique perspectives and present Reiki in a way they can understand.  An attunement will be offered during this workshop, the acceptance of which is entirely up to the child.  The emphasis will be placed on experiencing Reiki and putting words and feelings to this experience through art, movement and sound.  Most of all, they will meet other kids their age, have a lot of fun, and leave fully empowered to use Reiki in their life!

 

Zaki was born and raised in Italy,Has been working with people as a therapist, spiritual counselor and friend since 1987. This center is the largest personal growth center in the world and has thousands of visitors from over 100 countries each year.  She is a certified Osho Breath Therapist,and is also a certified meditation facilitator,Energy Counseling, Reiki Master, and Osho Transformational Therapist, which includes certifications in a variety of healing modalities including counseling. She has helped thousands of people to transform their passion to live happy, peaceful lives, into their daily reality.  She finds the mostficient route to creating and sustaining a beautiful and powerful life.
